NWOT INC International Concepts women’s pink and black striped tiered skirt with asymmetrical hem. Size 4. The tiering and asymmetrical cut create a wonderful feminine swing. Nice quality and fully lined. Side zipper. New without tags and never worn. Has a small pinhole where tag was attached to side seam near waistband as shown in last photo. Otherwise in great condition.
