Gymboree Girls Size 7 Colors: Navy Blue w/ White Palm Tree Accents White Stitching Detail Fully Lined Dress Adjustable Straps - for over the shoulder Elastic Arm Band Sleeves Neckline is a dropped boatneck style with wide elastic band sewn into the dress - continuously front to back *(fitted to not allow the off-shoulder style to droop, stays close to skin hence the age appropriate not risqué look!) Clean. No flaws. No rips, tears, or loose stitching. No pilling, fading or signs of being pre-owned. (Pretty sure this dress simply hung in the closet - forgotten about until now. So sad!) NOTE: the elastic parts are just as tight and unstretched as the day it entered the store! There’s a nice stretch, bounces back like a rubber band!
