beautyandbudget @applesas0223 no it wasn’t ! It was accidentally washed I had it laying out on my bed and grabbed it with the wrong pile at the time. It is totally fine just had been washed and ruined the tags that previously were pictured in the listing

beautyandbudget @kaylamckown70 hi I am so sorry. I forgot to message you back from the top of the shoulder strap to the very bottom. It is 29 1/2 inches from bust the most rounded part is 14 1/2. It is very stretchy and lightweight.
