Waist flat across is 14.5 inches with stretch to 18 inches. Rise is almost 12 inches making this a high-rise pan. Inseam is 27.5 inches. The tall part is slightly looser with the calf part being a tighter skinnier fit. Great pants for layering with a bulky sweater for the winter or a crop top for spring and summer.
