NWOT Free People dusky blue blouse "Kelsey Top" with a high-neck style in a flowy silhouette. High neck with ruching detail, long sleeves with ruffle cuffs, and a keyhole with button closure in back. 100% viscose. Machine washable. Imported. Fell in love with this blouse when I was purchasing distressed jeans at a boutique. Note: the style of the sleeve is long, but on someone petite like me WAY too long( cost to tailor$$)
