NWOT - Free People 100% Modal Strapless Maxi

Absolutely stunning maxi dress by Free People. 100% modal, fully lined, and in almost new condition. Colors are so vibrant and fun. There is grippy material on the bust (zero discoloration) with a fully smocked back. PTP flat is approximately 16" and stretches to 18". Although it's an XS, I do think it fits on the larger side. For size comparison, I'm a 36/F and this fits no problem. I would say this fits more like a "smedium" :-)
