NWOT Forever21 navy blue, pink & yellow Mini Bow Pattern Dress 😍 Has elastic waist & back area, buttons going down the front, adjustable straps & has pockets 🤤 Super light material also very soft. Has a pattern of mini pink bows with yellow dots. Bought many years ago, been hanging in my closet but never wore it 😔 Measurements: 15 1/2" across chest, 12 1/2" at waist but is elastic, & is 26" in length from top of chest to bottom 😁 In perfect New condition.
