NWOT Forever 21 Retro Floral Print Floral Mini Dress Small

NWOT unworn condition. Has been recently dry cleaned to refresh. Sadly too small for me now. Really nice quality not flimsy or thin. This totally screams 90’s Drew Barrymore! Dainty all over flower print in a deep orange on white. Sleeves are smocked at top with elastic so they stay put. They also have ties at the ends. Fitted bodice style upper with decorative fabric covered buttons down true front top. Zipper closure on side. Back is smocked for stretch. Fully lined for no show through. Pit to pit flat across 16” Waist flat across 13” Length 30.5”
