NWOT Forever 21 Multicolor Striped Terry Two Piece Skirt Set, Small

NWOT Excellent unworn condition. Purchased for a vacay but never got around to wearing it. Hanger tags & garment care tags still attached. Soft and comfortable two piece skirt set in terry cloth fabric. Vertical stripes in hues of blues, gold and wine red. Top has a boat neckline and can be easily worn off shoulder. Sleeve cuffs have elastic at wrist for a blouse fit. Skirt has blue elastic waist and bottom of top has elastic band as well. NOTE: Skirt is size Small, Top is a size Medium. I sized up on the top because i didn’t want to too cropped. Since it is a mini skirt I wanted the bigger top to balance out the look with a lil more class.
