NWOT Forever 21 Cocoa Brown Crinkled Midi Skirt Small

Bought it, never got a chance to wear it now sadly too small. Tag says small but this would fit an XS best. Did come with a faux leather skinny belt but I tossed it due to unraveling. Has belt loops for a skinny belt. Fitted waist with zipper-this does not have elastic. See measurements. Nice lightweight flowy crinkled fabric that hangs nicely. Side zipper. 100% rayon. Measurements: Waist flat across at top band 12.5” Length 30.5” Please note: hanger clip indentations from hanging. Can be easily steamed or iron out. Not very noticeable. See last photos
