NWOT Flying Tomato Halter Maxi Dress

Flying Tomato Blue-Multi Halter Maxi Dress Never worn. When received the elastic on the back of the dress on the right hand side is looser than it is on the right so it is just too big for me. I tried to take a pic to show that. Price adjusted so you can repair if you want/need to.
