NWOT / *Flaw. Hill House Artist’s Edition Blue Floral Elizabeth Dress. Small.

This dress is brand new with tags and is absolutely gorgeous. It has one flaw that has been mended - I accidentally cut into front of skirt when opening the package when I purchased it. (Please see last photo - I held it up to the window to show where with daylight). I placed a sheer, clear patch to mend it in place. It is not visible when worn at all. Brand new condition other than this. I just wanted to fully disclose. I love this dress. It just doesn’t fit otherwise I would keep it.
