NWOT Express high low boho embroidered halter maxi dress

Like new high low maxi dress, size medium from express. Halter neckline, cute fringe detail, embroidery around bust. I never wore it bc it is too big for me, but I love this dress and want it in size small. Sexy low back and plunge neckline, flattering empire waist. See photos for measurements; note that the dress will hang like the photos of the model, and the back is very elastic/stretchy. If you are usually a size medium from Express in tops, this should fit. No known flaws!
