NWOT Express Cream Cape Style Top Size Medium

This is a really interesting top. Brand is Express. It has flowing cape style sleeves with a rounded hemline. There is a keyhole opening in the back. The color is beige with a floral design in silver and accented with gold glitter, gold beads, and clear sequins. Size is Medium. I took the tag off but never wore it. Excellent condition. Smoke/pet free home.
