NWOT Express Cocktail Dress

NWOT. Bought this from Express and never wore it. It's a size xsmall, and is a taupe color. It would be perfect for a cocktail party, date, or just as a cute summer outfit. It can be worn either strapless, or with straps. The skirt portion is lined with a built-in slip. I really love this dress, it's super cute, wish it fit me! Will consider reasonable offers. I don't respond to lowest. Take a look in my face closet, I'm much more likely to offer a better deal for a bundle :)
