NWOT Elegant Black Draped Neckline Blouse

Stationary shoulder pleats fall into a lovely draped front neckline that’s modified as it flows with simplified tucks around the back of the shoulders. This blouse looks très élégant when worn with a cigarette pant ~ also a good look paired with slim cut jeans and a strand of pearls or a simple pendant at the neckline.
