NWOT ECI Floral flowy and flattering top or tunic

Gorgeous never worn top from ECI. Beautiful floral pattern in many shades of blue and and pretty detailing along neckline. Very flattering. Ties in the back and attaches with buttons around the neck in the back. Perfect never worn condition. Too small for me. Made very well. Could be length of top or tunic depending on your size. Top of strap to bust is approx 14". Bust to bottom is approx 16".
