NWOT Dress👗

Cobalt blue rayon soft silky dress. Looks like wrap around style but just has opening on left side of skirt. Sleeves are fluttery cap sleeves. Underbra is lighter blue with pale blue band under bust. Can be worn full length or pulled up to make it shorter. V neck plunge shows under bra and can even show some belly if you dare! Sexy!
