NWOT Deep Red Racerback Tank Top

NWOT, purchased at Saks Off 5th but there is not a designer tag on the inside, just this tag with the four color blocks shown in picture. Beautiful ruffles/flowers scoop across the front and to the middle of the back, size medium. One of the flowers has some small snags, it was that way when I bought it. Super cute and sexy!
