NWOT Decree mint green sheer button down blouse

Tags were ripped off, but never worn. It just didn’t look good on me (I even tried to tie the front of it as a cropped top). Perfect condition. Has a strip of bright yellow behind the buttons (see picture). I took pictures with both the flash on and off.
