NWOT- Dark Gray Suiting vintage look, Tulip Style long Skirt

I bought this, and it unfortunately just sat in my closet, now it’s too big for me. I’m 5’3”, and this skirt hits at my ankles. This would be great for the office, or doing cosplay of 1920’s-40’s. Great if you’re going for the early era of Disney for Dapper Day. Has some stretch. Approximate measurements: Waist, flat across top of band: 21” Length: 35”
