NWOT Cupshe wrap skirt with NWT SO racerback tank size small

NWT SO (Kohl’s) Mauve Brown racerback ribbed (has some stretch) sleeveless top. NWOT Cupshe light pink wrap skirt with mauve brown polka dots and ruffle detail. I bought the skirt on Cupshe and found the top to match at Kohl’s. I never wore either because the skirt is just too small on me. Please see pics for measurements - in my opinion, the largest part to be able to tie/cover comfortably would be about 14” flat (so 28” around waist area where you want to wear the skirt).
