NWOT Coach Vandal pouch

NEW bag in excellent new condition. It is absolutely adorable has a little flowers with bows and a Vandal department of corrections gummy bear on the front, the gummy bear has a coated texture. The inside lining is a light brown and it comes with the instruction tag. It would make a great make up bag or a iPad or tablet bag.
