NWOT, Cindy USA evening dress. One shoulder, back lacing

This is a NWOT, Cindy USA, evening dress. Women’s sz 2XL. The tag says 96% polyester, 4% spandex. Lining 100% polyester(But it seems that the lining has the Spandex). It has built in bra pads, and there is a rhinestone adornment in front( still protected in paper ), at the base of the one-shoulder strap. It has lacing up the back as well as a zipper below the lacing. The approximate measurements are: 44” bust 38” waist 45” hips 26” length from top of armpit to hem edge
