Absolutely gorgeous pair of shoes from Chiarini Bologna, made from what I'm pretty sure is genuine snakeskin (a couple of the scales are peeling around the edges). They feature leather soles, pointed toes and kitten heels and have never been worn. They are marked size 36, which translates roughly to US size 6. The heel is 1.5 inches high.

loveandsqualor @lizransom I can't think of anyone I know with that size feet, but my guess is that they're on the smaller side. That toe tapers quickly, so I don't know how much length it adds to the size, and they're actually a Euro size 36, which Posh interprets as a size 6, but I've found that Euro sizes run smaller. I wear a 10, supposedly a Euro 40, but often have to go up to a Euro 41, even though a US 11 would be way too big for me.

lizransom It seems the more expensive designers go s all in their shoes. I wear a 6.5 in a lot of stuff but when it comes to Jimmy Choo, Prada, or Chanel- I go up to a 7.5.

loveandsqualor @lizransom Fancy shoe sizing is a pain in the butt, especially since I have larger feet. It can be hard to find anything larger than a 10, so if the shoes fit small, I'm out if luck. But yes -- we'll talk on Thursday. 😊
