NWOT Chelsea and Violet dress size LG runs small in my opinion

Never worn, excellent condition, black and white with hot pink trim dress by Chelsea and Violet.it’s a large,and I found it to run small in my opinion, and that’s why I never got to wear it. Has a black lining underneath the sheer layer
