NWOT Capri Island navy blue T shirt, size Medium

Brand New Navy blue with light grey inner collar and inner sleeve that can be folded over for contrast. Made in Italy, 100% quality cotton. The shirt has an anchor with a rope looped around it embroidered along with CAPRI ISLAND on front. Never worn/ no damage, still has the original folds 😊. Size Medium, but measurement from armpit to armpit is 19 1/2" and 26 1/2" from shoulder to hem, to me it looks like a large.
