New without tags. Old school style! Cute basketweave look black bag with a hard shell and metal frame. It has a clasp on the top and the strap is adjustable with tabs on the sides. The inside has a center zipper compartment as well as a zipper pocket. The bracket on one side is slightly askew / attached at an angle, but it doesn’t interfere with the bag and is not noticeable unless you look for it.
