Pit to pit 18 1/2 and stretchy Length measured from front center to bottom 13” but that is not including the strap, which would give additional +/- 10” depending how you adjust it. It will look as in 1st picture. The fabric is not exactly same on both, these are two different tops, mustard one is ribbed and has 2 front seems and yellow one is plain.
