NWOT Bright Color Floral One Shoulder Ruffle Dress

This is just gorgeous! Gorgeous colorful abstract floral pattern dress size small. One shoulder is ruffled which continues down the side of the dress, the other shoulder has an adjustable spaghetti strap. Worn once - like new condition! Thin slinky material. No flaws whatsoever. The colors are just gorgeous!!! S or XS. (Or would be a great SP!)
