Features a structured top with boning and underwire cups, adjustable straps, back zip closure, a flared voluminous skirt, interior tulle peplum skirt, and lining. Love the gorgeous light blue color. Was not able to find the official name of this dress. Size: Small New without tags and defects: there are some horizontal runs along the bottom of the skirt where the hem stitches are, about 5” above the hem. They are really hard to notice because of the volume of the dress. Please see the last two pictures for details and remarks.
