NWOT Black Embossed Rose Texture Dress

Black dress with revealing strips on waist sides, straps, and back. Tank style straps and a scoop chest and zip up back. Non revealing areas have an embossed rose texture design. Bunched up black metallic lace materials make it appear slightly shimmery (its not leather, it's super soft). New without tags, never worn.
