NWOT Beautiful Straw clutch bag/with chain to wear over the shoulder

I purchased this bag in Newport RI from a Boutique, did not come with a tag. Rivets on the bottom to protect the pocketbook. Wear with or without the chain. It’s hard to find a beautiful straw bag, but look no further here is the perfect bag Width is 9 1/2” by 6 1/2” in length, the chain is 22” long. The brown straps on the bag maybe leather, but I’m not sure.
