NWOT Beach Flare Legging Coverup

I bought these flare leggings/cover up from a surf shop. they are incredibly see through but light weight which is perfect for the beach and if you want to wear them on a cold day in the fall/winter layering it with black leggings looks good and can't even tell they're layered (I tried it). The little plaque says "Vans." Never worn, only tried on.
