Is this a M or. S. Tag says S? How long are the sleeves?

@carroll1173 hello, thanks for inquiring. It's really a small, but because it's a cardigan and open, its a looser fit. The hem of the sleeves is down a bit on the arm, so measuring from there it is 16" (sleeve unrolled) and 10" (sleeve rolled)
When I put it on and measure from my shoulder it is 18" (sleeve rolled). I am 5'5" if that helps. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks!
