Brand new, never worn, no flaws! Originally purchased at Anthropologie. This is such a cute short sleeve loose fit mini dress! You can wear it buttoned up, or open. Would look so good with a low back white cami tank top and jeans. Would also be very cute as a belted dress, to show off the waistline!!! Very unique cut out scoop open back design.
