NWOT Ann Taylor Sleeveless Blouse

NWOT Ann Taylor v-neck, sleeveless blouse. The v-neck has ruffles on both sides with a single hanging tassel. The yellow color is almost a neon yellow, a perfect bright spring and summer color combo. This is another cute top that could easily be dressed up for work and put under a black blazer and paired with black slacks or a pencil skirt.
