New without tags Altar’d State Velvet Mock Turtle Neck Crop Top. Thought I was going to wear to an event so I took the tags off but didn’t end up wearing it. Didn’t notice until posting but under the right arm the velvet looks almost like it was brushed as shown in picture but shouldn’t be noticeable when on.
