NWOT. Only worn to try on, I ended up cutting the tag off and then never wearing it. The top measures 16.5 inches across laying flat arm pit to arm pit, 14.5 under bust,14 at waist, and 17 across very bottom at hem. It does run small for a medium. Great for the office. No trades.

palt Can't tell from photo - cap sleeves? Can't do sleeveless. Looks like a cute under jacket piece, but hard to tell if it would work for me. Thanks!

style_thread @palt It is cap sleeve, very short, almost sleeveless. It is made from polyester. I added a closeup picture of the sleeves and also updated the listing with more information.
