NWOT Alfani loose fitting black long sleeve blouse

This faux wrap long sleeve shirt has a satin finish scale pattern, v neckline, and peplum waist. It's new and never been worn (I stupidly cut the tag off before trying it on) but it does seem to have some loose threads on the back neckline (see photo for details).
