NWOT A COLLECTION XSP Floral Short Sleeve 2 Slit dress

New dress, never worn. My niece bought it to wear to a wedding this summer but could not get it on. She wears a Small Petite and thought because it was flowy, it would fit her. However, there is no give or stretch in this dress and fit true to size an XS Petite or XXS. There is a side zip, 2-layer ruffle on shoulders and two slits on each side of front. A small tie string at the waist. V Neckline. Material is 100% polyester.
