NWOT 2 Austin Texas Armadillo T-Shirts armadillo design

New without tags - 2 Austin, Texas T- shirts - both have Armadillo Design on front. I ordered size Large but they run a lot smaller and don't fit. They didn't come with retail tags attached. I still have original store bag. Tag says size Large but they appear to be more like a medium. Please look at measurements in pictures.
