Off-Center of Attention Dress on Modcloth. Elegant enough for Gatsby parties but subtle enough for non-themed outings. Got it years ago and never wore it. Black chiffon-like material, deep V's in front and back with bow detail on drop waist. Zipper on the side, fully lined. 100% polyester. B: 17"; W: 15"; L: 34".
