jenniferthuet found out at 18 I was in the stages of arthritis since around/little before in my neck and I also found out that I had kyphosis and scoliosis in my neck and lordosis in my lumbar spine my neck is essentially backwards to the normal neck had she gotten X-rays when I was a kid and still growing I would be rid of the severe pain that is keeping me from being able to do anything at all for more than 30 seconds

jenniferthuet standing in one spot moving around while standing for a couple minutes before my whole body from neck shoulders to tips of my toes ache something fierce. Attempted higher edu 3x and my health always failed me I still owe on loans I don’t have anything to show for except information.

jenniferthuet So I’m going to take those two short classes I can handle and I found a one on one reiki course near me so that will be good because I also found out at 18 I have inattentive type ADD/ADHD Started on max dose of meds it’s one of the two of the 7 types that requires a lot of stimulants I’m oblivious to life without it
