New with a couple very small flaws A Couple very small light spots on bottom white front, should come out when washed. On the back of the skirt there are 2 very small flaws on the material, not too noticeable A 34 equates to a US 4 but it fits more like a 6. Please check measurements Waist flat 14.5” Length 17.5-20” Hips flat 19”
