Though we can see and feel that there are hems present, the package has not been opened so we cannot determine the measurements of the pillow cases. 180 thread count per square inch 100% cotton Made in USA These pillow cases are still unopened with original store tag still on the packaging. However, they have blemishes (new with defects - NWD). The pillow case material at the bottom right corner of the package has yellowed where the package split (see photo #6).
