NUTCRACKER FIGURINE‎ ROTATING ARMS 18"

Not sure on the year , or any specifics of this nutcracker. He is very intriguing by the way his arms are put together. A few small chips here and there. Seems to be made of some sort of plaster, definitely not wood like other people are claiming. He is a little weight to him. Defects are pictured. Sorry I couldn't find anymore info on him.
