Hi, Ladonna. I can't find anything on the wetsuit to say for certain, and I've been unsuccessful in conducting a search to find the information. I'm guessing it's 3mm, as it's thick. We wore the suits when kayaking Lake MI. I will ask my husband when he returns home.

My husband doesn't remember. All I know is that it's thicker than Hydroskin. Don't quote me, per 3mm. I cannot find the info. online.
