herownfrequency What condition is this skirt in? Is it brand-new? Has it EVER been put in the dryer (even one time)? Also, can it be worn low-waisted, or is the elastic too tight?

opivy111 @herownfrequency I bought it unused but not new and have not worn it myself. I have not dried but can’t vouch for previous owner. Not see through.

opivy111 @herownfrequency definitely can be worn low waisted. Elastic not tight. I am usually S maybe s/m in the Scion and it is a bit too big for me.

herownfrequency @opivy111, thank you! Great details! Trying to decide if I should buy here, or straight from NPL with my discount, and have them alter it for free (I need it shortened, which otherwise I would need to pay for locally; and am not sure how loose the waist will be, so they may need to make it slightly bigger so it can drop down and sit lower). I sent them an email. I’ll give it a think after they respond.

herownfrequency @opivy111, how thick/chunky is the waistband? I’m looking for low-profile/flat against the body, so it does not protrude awkwardly under shirts. In photos it looks thick. Their striped fabric is one of my favorites. 🙏🏻
