NOT RATED brand women’s boots, size 8.5

Not Rated boots, size 8.5, very stylish. Heavy, German made. Very good condition on outside of boots with some wear, the 3 buckle straps on them have wear (see pictures) some of the inner strap lining separated on a couple.
